L'Estornell Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 750ml Christmas Cooking Instructions -LEstornell is pressed from Arbequina olives grown in the farms organically certified groves. An aroma of ripe tomato and drying meadow hay transports one to a warm Catalan hill side. On the palate more ripe tomato is detectable, with a touch of raw cucumber skin bringing a freshness to the oil. Very little pepper or bitterness make this an extremely versatile oil, which works excellently on delicate white fish or salad leaves such as lamb's lettuce.
